How to install and fix lighting tiles

The main purpose of installing skylight tiles is for lighting, windproof and rainproof, and we use them with PVC anti-corrosion tiles. 1. First, we need to check the quality, specifications and sizes of the skylight tiles to prepare for the installation.

2. When fixing the skylight tiles, the fixing pieces should be kept in the correct position and connected correctly, and the spacing between each tile should not be greater than 600mm.

3. If you choose polycarbonate skylight tiles, they need to be fixed with aluminum profiles and buckles, and wave skylight tiles need to be fixed with skylight brackets and self-tapping screws, and then sealed with glue.

4. If we use self-tapping screws to fix, we must have a cover plate, but we need to pay attention to the opening of the self-tapping screws, we need to open a larger space to prevent the skylight tiles from being scratched by the self-tapping screws due to thermal expansion and contraction.

5. After the installation of our skylight tiles, we need to check the gap between the skylight tiles first, and then check whether the installation is firm. If any problems are found, we need to adjust them in time.
