nstallation precautions for synthetic resin roof tile frames

During the installation process of resin tile roofs, it is very important to build the framework. Whether it is the flat-to-slope conversion of an old house or the construction of a new one, the framework must be firm and solid to ensure that no deformation or collapse accidents occur during future use.

The framework construction of resin roof tiles has strict spacing requirements. According to the different widths of the tiles, there correspond to different frame spacings. For instance, an 880mm wide tile slab corresponds to a 660mm frame spacing, while a 1050mm wide tile slab corresponds to a 750mm purlin spacing. This design takes into account the thermal expansion and contraction of resin tiles. Therefore, the spacing cannot be increased by oneself; otherwise, the resin tile roof is very likely to sink or arch.

In actual operation, special attention should be paid when building the framework: maintaining the correct spacing of the framework, following the design specifications, and ensuring that each step meets the requirements. At the same time, reliable materials and tools should be used to build the structure to ensure the stability and durability of the roof frame.
