Case of roof renovation project of Galaxy Leather Factory: 3.0mm thick synthetic resin tiles

In recent years, with the upgrading of building materials and the increasing demand for environmental protection, synthetic resin tiles have gradually become the preferred roofing material for industrial plants. Galaxy Leather Factory is located in an industrial area. Its roof has been exposed to harsh environments such as high temperatures and acid rain for a long time. The original roofing materials have been corroded and aged, resulting in frequent roof leakage problems. To address these issues, the factory decided to carry out roof renovation and selected a roofing material that can withstand harsh environments and has excellent heat insulation and waterproof performance.

After numerous discussions and communications, Galaxy Leather Factory ultimately chose 3.0 mm-thick ASA synthetic resin tiles. This type of resin tile not only has excellent waterproof performance, but also can effectively prevent ultraviolet radiation and acid rain corrosion, thus extending the service life of the roof. Meanwhile, the lightweight feature of resin tiles significantly reduces the load-bearing burden on the roof, making installation convenient and saving construction costs and time.
